School Management System & Multi-Role Portal

Schools often run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, paper registers and group chats. Records live in one place, attendance in another, and parents only see progress when report cards arrive at the end of term.
I built Hearthstone, a School Information System and Learning Management System that brings the whole school into one secure, role-based platform for administrators, teachers, students and parents.
Admin dashboard: manage student records, staff, academic terms and homeroom classes from one place. Admins create every account, so onboarding stays secure, and they link parents to their children's profiles.
Teacher workspace: publish course materials, manage class rosters, take daily attendance in seconds, assign homework and run quizzes that grade themselves. Teachers record grades and add term remarks, which are compiled into report cards automatically.
Student portal: each student sees their classes, submits assignments, takes interactive quizzes with instant scores, and tracks their grades and teacher feedback.
Parent portal: parents follow attendance, class progress and grades as they happen, and can view and print official term report cards.
Public website: a responsive school homepage with a photo slider, quick sign-in for every role, school information and a full footer.
The result is one connected system instead of scattered spreadsheets: less admin work for staff, faster reporting, and parents who stay informed all term long.
